Rules for Membership to the Polish – American Citizens Society of Allentown, PA
All Members:
*Must be 21 years of age.
*Must be sponsored by an Active Member.
*Must be of good character and reputation.
*Must abide by the Society’s Constitution and house rules while on the premises. Failure to do so can result in expulsion from membership.
*Membership fees are $20.00 annually
Active Members:
*Must be of Polish descent or married to someone of Polish descent.
*When a member reaches the age of 65, and has been an Active Member continually for 25 years, that member becomes a member for Life Member without having to pay membership dues.
*Eligible to vote in elections.
*Eligible to hold an Office after one (1) year of membership.
*Responsible to pay for the drinks of their invited non-members.
Social Membership:
*Need not be of Polish descent nor married to someone of Polish descent.
*Eligible for entry and drinking privileges.
*Not eligible to hold an Office and has no voice in meetings or elections
To Become a Member:
*Print and Complete the membership application with the sponsor’s name.
*Send the application and a check made out to PACS for $20.00 to
Polish American Citizens Society
